TGIF…No, Really.

TGIF

Well, here we are again at the end of yet another workweek … and yet, just look at what has happened to these guys and gals…

Image: Shutterstock.comAre your solar eclipse glasses safe or fake? Here's how to find out ...

In Leeuwarden, Netherlands… a jailbreak…of eleven…of sorts ...

In Tampa, Floridatis the season…

If you find yourself trapped in a submerged car…well, don’t do this ...

And now for the main “events”:

In Gwinnett County, Georgia, Eddie Sanchez, 38, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing and reckless driving (among other charges)…see Eddie, a former employee at a waste management business here…at which point he decided to take a 75,000 pound frontloader for a ride around the property…and then onto public roads…law enforcement was unable to pull him over…until…this…and yes, we DO have video…

In Teaneck, New Jersey, Camwren Cole, 25, was charged with second-degree aggravated assault and weapons offenses…and taken to an area hospital for observation…after an altercation with another individual about 1 am one recent Saturday morning…ah, but you’ll never guess his weapon of choice…

In Daleville, Indiana, Michael Anthony Stancato, 20, was arrested recently…after being tasered by a Madison County Sheriff’s Deputy following the multi-county pursuit…he had been clocked going 84 mph in a 55 mph zone on State Road 67 in his white Ford Mustang… but fled at a high rate of speed, flying down several state and county roads and at speeds over 100 mph…during which he nearly lost control of his Mustang several times…and drove recklessly by passing cars in breakdown lanes and driving into oncoming lanes of traffic…that said, when a spike strip finally brought Michael Anthony to a stop… well, he made the mistake of sharing with law enforcement exactly how fast he had managed to go…and that was…

And finally, in Pasco, Washington, the proprietors of CM Motors were alarmed to witness an individual amid a car theft attempt on their premises…watching him smashing the windows of two KIA vehicles in an apparent bid to abscond with them…as law enforcement arrived on the scene, the would-be thief was maneuvering one of the stolen cars out of the lot…only to be thwarted by the “strategic positioning” of a Pasco Police patrol car…so the thief abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot…and despite his attempt to evade capture…by traversing fences and navigating through numerous backyards…officers maintained their pursuit and successfully cornered the suspect….hiding under a boat…he turned out to be younger than you might expect…and wearing…an unusual “disguise”…

Have a GREAT Easter weekend, folks! Oh – and watch out on Monday…no foolin’
